Our next South Bay 'six-week' Beach Boot Camp sessions kick off on March 5th! Time to have some fun and get superFIT in mind, body and spirit! Each workout is beach based and focuses on total body fitness! You'll never experience the same workout twice!
CLASS TRAINING DATES: March 5th - April 13th (6am & 9am Camp Times Available)
NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION: Saturday, March 3rd (10am - 12pm - in Redondo Beach)
Training schedules/location directions will be emailed to all registered participants prior to the start date.
Each class will include all aspects of physical fitness training to include:
- Dynamic and Static Stretching
- Running / Jogging / Walking
- Sand Drills - Increases Cardio output 30%-40% more!
- Military / Sport Type Exercise Drills
- P.R.E’s - Partner Resistance Exercises
- Team Exercise Drills, Games and Obstacle Courses
- Dumbbell, Tubing, Medicine Ball Exercises
- Core Training
- Agility and Balance Conditioning Drills
- Jumping Rope
- Yoga / Pilates Exercise
- Stair, Ramp, Steep Hill Cardio Work (Advanced Fit Levels)
- Plyometrics (Advanced Fit Levels)
What you'll need:
- Running shoes/Cross trainers
- Dumbbells - 1 Set (Women: Between 3-5 / Men: 5-10 lbs.)
- Exercise mat ‘or’ Beach Size Towel
- Water
- Layered attire for the outdoors
NOTE: ALL classes are held in the Redondo Beach area. Multiple 'beach based' locations within close proximity to one another are used which helps produce maximum total body RESULTS. Registered participants will be emailed training schedules with location directions prior to the start of camp.
